I can never know myself. 

I can only know myself. 

I can never find myself. 

I can only find myself. 

I can never lose myself. 

I am lost in myself.

Can you embrace darkness?

Experience its Is-ness with reverence?

Know that it is I AM?

To tame the mind, contemplate Is-ness.

Hold death and decay,

Suffering and darkness

As you would a perfect strawberry

Or a radiant sunset

Or your lover’s caress.

I AM the fear in your heart

Just as I AM the compassionate Bodhicitta.

I AM unfathomable pain

Just as I AM unbearable bliss.

Can you not see the miracle

That all of this exists?

My love is fearless and unrelenting.

Contemplate Is-ness every moment

To realize the boundlessness of my Love

And Awaken.
